Investigation of offenses related to combating illicit drug trafficking: Criminal, forensic and administrative-legal aspects

Aim: The article comprehensively analyzes the legal, organizational and forensic principles of combating the illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues. Methods: The methodological basis of the study is a complex of general scientific and special legal methods that provide a comprehensive, systematic and objective analysis of foreign experience in bringing to administrative, disciplinary and criminal liability in the field of trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors. The combination of methods provided a comprehensive, balanced, and scientifically sound analysis of foreign mechanisms of legal liability in the field of drug trafficking.
