Introduction: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease that affects many organs and systems, including the kidneys, neurological system, blood cells, skin, joints, and serous membranes. It is characterized by a broad, varied clinical phenotype and course. Goals: To look for new knowledge. Methods: To discover articles pertaining to new information on GA and diagnostic techniques, a thorough search of the medical literature was conducted using the databases PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, and Embase. We used the PRISMA standards to search the medical literature from January 1, 1990, to January 30, 2026.
