Update on Myasthenia Gravis and Novel Drug Therapy Approach

Introduction: Myasthenia Gravis (MG) is an autoimmune, heterogeneous disease that affects neuromuscular transmission, with approximately 50% of patients with ocular MG progressing to generalized disease within two years. We present a comprehensive case study detailing the natural history of MG progression in a young woman over a four-year period. Conclusions: Most of our revised cases illustrate the complete spectrum of MG presentation, emphasizing the importance of early recognition, appropriate risk stratification, and proactive management to prevent a crisis.
