Tactical actions of police officers in the fight against drug offenses as a direct route to information and national security: Administrative and criminal legal aspects

Aim: The article examines the peculiarities of tactical actions of police officers of the National Police of Ukraine in the fight against drug offenses in the context of information security and national security of the state. Methods: The methodological basis of the study is a systematic, comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach to the analysis of the activities of police officers in the field of drug offense prevention, which combines the provisions of administrative, criminal, information law and the theory of national security. A set of general scientific and special legal methods was applied, which ensured a comprehensive disclosure of the topic.
