Organizational and Legal Principles of the Activities of Operational Units in Combating Drug Offenses: International, Criminal and Administrative Aspects

Aim: The purpose of the article is to reveal the organizational and legal principles of the activities of operational units in combating drug offenses (international, criminal and administrative aspects). Materials and Methods: Using the method of analysis and systematic study of legal norms, as well as generalization and synthesis, requirements for compliance with legislation on the organizational and legal principles of the activities of operational units in the fight against drug crimes, as well as compliance with the rights and fundamental freedoms of civil servants of operational units in the fight against drug crimes, were determined.
