Lead-Induced Hepatotoxicity: Mechanisms and Therapy

Lead is a dangerous substance that can cause harm to those who are exposed to it at work. The negative effects of lead exposure are well-documented and can lead to serious health issues. In fact, high levels of lead can increase the risk of liver damage by three times. In this comprehensive review, we discuss various sources of lead, types of lead poisoning, safe doses and toxicity levels of lead exposure, and the mechanism of lead-induced liverdamage.
