ANALYSIS OF MICROBIAL CONTENT IN LOCAL TIMORESE DRINKS (SOPI) IN SEVERAL COMMUNITY BUSINESSES IN SIKUMANA VILLAGE, KUPANG CITY IN 2024

This research aims to describe the microbial content in the local drink of the Timor Community (Sopi) in several community enterprises in Sikumana Subdistrict, Kupang City, in 2024. Three samples of sopi were taken from different sellers and analyzed by the Health Laboratory Unit of NTT Province.
