Public-private legal relations in the system of ensuring state anti-drug policy: Dialectics of research and systemic approach, legal regulation and foreign experience

Aim: The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of public-private legal relations in the system of ensuring the state anti-drug policy of Ukraine. Methods: The dialectical method allowed to reveal the development of public-private legal relations in the field of state anti-drug policy as a dynamic system that is transformed under the influence of social, economic, security and international legal factors.
